What kind of fruit is our faith producing? This Twenty-Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time, Jesus uses the image of the vineyard to remind us that everything we have received from God is also something we are called to nurture and share. As our parish comes together through Sunday School, sacramental preparation, fundraising and service, we see how many small acts of faith and generosity can produce something beautiful. May we remain rooted in Christ and allow our lives to bear the good fruit of kindness, compassion, generosity and love.
