A Joyful Day Together: St. Andrew’s Parish BBQ

What a wonderful celebration it was!

Our Annual Parish BBQ brought together parishioners, families, friends, clergy, and guests for a beautiful afternoon filled with delicious food, laughter, music, and joyful fellowship. It was a blessing to see people of all ages gathering beyond the church walls, reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new parishioners, and enjoying the vibrant community spirit that makes St. Andrew’s Parish so special.

This year’s BBQ was made even more memorable by the presence of Archbishop Launay Saturné of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. Following his visit for the Annual Mission Appeal, Archbishop Saturné joined our parish family for the celebration and enjoyed the food, conversation, and warm hospitality of our community. His joyful presence was a special blessing and added even more meaning to an already beautiful day.

Events like our Parish BBQ remind us that parish life is about more than gathering for Sunday Mass. It is also about building relationships, supporting one another, sharing our joys, and growing together as one family in Christ. Every conversation, shared meal, and moment of laughter helped strengthen the bonds that unite our community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who worked so generously to make the BBQ possible. Thank you to our clergy, organizers, volunteers, cooks, servers, setup and cleanup teams, musicians, and all those who contributed their time, talents, and resources. Your dedication and joyful service made the day a tremendous success.

We are also grateful to every parishioner, family member, and friend who joined us. Your presence brought the celebration to life and reflected the welcoming spirit of St. Andrew’s Parish.
